Virtual Book Club

Last year we created a book club during quarantine. We turned to literature and towards discussions with each other to pass the time during lockdown.  We also did this since we realized we needed a literary space of our own, a book club where we could catch up on all those unread stories written by women all around the world that sometimes are forgotten or overlooked. We wanted to read books written by women for strong, feminist loveable women. 

Today we want to extend our book club to Lulo’s lovers everywhere. We wanted to share this passion with all of you. So you are cordially invited every third Sunday of the month to our Instagram Live to discuss a book written by a female author. We'll be offering up a selection from around the world!

This month our choice of book is:

The Convenience Store Woman, a novel by Japanese writer Sayaka Murata.
