Exciting News!
Áwet New York will partner with the DJ Henry Dream Fund for a special summer pop-up event dedicated to supporting Black-owned brands.
The event, titled “Black-Owned Brands Summer Bazaar,” will take place on Aug. 3 from noon to 4 p.m. at The House of the Dragonfly, the home of Danroy T. Henry Sr. and Angella Henry, on Martha’s Vineyard.
The Black-owned brands include Shekudo, Black Joy, The Lulo Project, V.Bellan, Avid Swim, and Áwet New York. Each participating brand will donate a percentage of their sales to the DJ Henry Dream Fund, a charity dedicated to providing opportunities and support to underserved youth. The fund offers financial assistance that enables young people to participate in sports, performing arts, and summer programs.
We, at The Lulo Project, are excited to be part of this initiative and look forward to seeing all of you at the event.
